Second as mention countless times Brian is only paid via stock. Know one on here has any clue what his liquid cash flow is. On top of he still has to pay taxes on shares he receives. Then 300,000 shares is so minor in the big picture. The amount of shares he will be awarded at milestones is so massive to these little shares it means nothing
