We are waiting for a few more weeks( I think next week, just because I don’t think it will take 45 days and Bill Parish is doing his thing, like he was paid to do) to hear about Amazon.

Am i reading this wrong..this filing says 13 million shares were sold 5/18/23 and 9 mil more are to be sold
