Here’s my take

They are currently addressing tio as an investment

However , upon conversion of the preferreds they will reevaluate - and it seems to me they will uitilize an equity method calculation . Which means we will see tmna have subsidiary revenue and profit passing through tmna financials. This willl be huge - but pending what they will do with current capital structure and the 1B plus outstanding shares
