It should be noted that TTCM has not compiled with filing requirements for over a month which means they have or are very near to being delisted !!! Also as Holly is the largest shareholding director and CEO he is the one responsible for filing the Sec Requirements. Plus the Reverse Split, Name Change and Ticker change should have taken place by now, which leads me to think the company has indeed shut up shop and those involved have given themselves a very good hand shake.
Is there anyone who can verify the company still uses its facilities in Oracle AZ, and they have not terminated their lease...
