So…”if there was any actual funding about to happen, the company and anyone associated with it can’t legally tell anyone”….hmmmm

Does this mean they have to secure a ‘secret loan’…lol…?
Does the bank have to keep it a secret too??
In case you missed it, we’ve been talking about this loan, or funding…for MONTHS….maybe more…and obviously by all the missed time frames, on the company’s AND investors part…NOBODY has known when the funding would be complete and the land acquisition as well.
