Well because it is a 100% scam. The CEO here is serial scammer and the biggest one in OTC and everyone knows it but a few losers here and pumpers believed on his lies. Don't waste your time and energy on this piece of garbage. Every scam i know at least trading .0001 or higher but not for this one because it is pretty obvious from the beginning that the CEO is just stealing money from his investors. This is why the stock is down 100% and your investment is now worth zero.
