It would happen with a "re-structuring", not a share buyback IMO. No reason to spend millions just to reduce the OS. I think it will happen when the name / ticker change occurs (also IMO), since that makes the most business sense (fresh start).
It would be nice if they did not change the share structure yet though, because I think we would get a better run after the name / ticker change and I could make more money.
I think we will find out in the next couple of weeks what they are going to do.
If you have never been through a corporate action - all your orders for that stock get cancelled by your broker and they send you an email to that effect. It may take a day for them to change over those shares to the new name / ticker. During that time you may not be able to trade that stock. E-trade takes 1 day typically to change over to the new name / ticker.
