It's taken a while but it's all coming together

Being caught in the legal web is nothing to be taken lightly. No matter what people have to say or how much you have in your legal war chest fund the law is the law. If you break it, expect to be punished. Yes, sometimes the pretty blondes DO go to prison.

I was reading that restitution payments never go away even if you file for bankruptcy. Once you get out of prison if you have not paid they turn it over to the tax board. And if you don't pay they can revoke your parole and throw you back in prison. So I'm sure there are maneuvers Holmes/Balwani will try to get out of paying, but that's not going away either. Everyone making comments about "Club Fed". Well getting up at 6AM every day and working on the factory line for over a decade does not sound like a good time to me. It sounds like prison no matter how high the prison walls are.

We can expect Schena to go through the same process as Holmes/Balwani. He will get his sentence and report date. Then I'm sure there will be that last min appeal to the 9th circuit court to buy four weeks or so. And then it's time to report and pay back society.

I hope Mark gets Federal prison camp and works the food line also. He loves making strawberry rhubarb pie. Perhaps he will serve it to his new found friends, right before they serve him.
