Sounds to me like someone could purchase the control block from Barry, as well as buy out the unrestricted shares, that are not in the market and trading for .14 cents per share. They could get those unrestricted shares re-registered in their name and would control nearly 100% of the outstanding shares for a pretty good price. Sounds like a hell of a deal for someone looking to go public IMO.
