The License Agreements are exclusive, and the territory licensed to the Company is worldwide and replace previously issued License Agreements.

We are currently seeking a contractual arrangement with a development partner to install and test the newly designed AOT. We have reopened discussions with our original development partner as well as reaching out to others.
