That’s been my thesis . Acquiring spinola would force them to dilute HDUP shareholders . Spinola is going to be one of the companies being acquired and part of the SPAC. Shortly after Spinola was announced completed, pcx got started and they issued 69m worth of shares. Coincidentally same value of spinola. I believe that was Spinolas acqusition and why the quiet period and these NDAs in place. It’s likely this hive gaming company is a related company working with spinola .. both supporting national lotteries which would be a huge niche I believe with gg lottery
