I just wanted to make sure I understood you correctly, that you are only basing your opinion on the fact today WCVC is revoked, and that you don't have any other reason to believe that Nixon will either play a trick to go public with some other stock offering that leaves WCVC share out of the picture.
In short: revoked now, revoked always, with no hope of being revitalized because it is revoked now.
