For 19 years, NO prototype exists. How long can this charade continue??? Lets suppose the 1/2 billion extra shares are sold. What do you imagine the pps will be given the massive dilution? Certainly in the triple zeroes. The more shares sold, the lower will be the share price. Come on SEC....time to get your act together, methinks !!
