Much less float for one - I’ll need to do the math. But much easier for tio to run with lower float + being on a major exchange.

Tmna higher float , complicated structure, and labeled as a micro cap on the otc which makes it inaccessible to some .

Also no funds can buy into this whereas with tio they csn . Makes sense to me
