Thanks for the update. I have already started the ball rolling on the transfer, I would rather see my shares in my account then be on the outside looking in with no shares. I hope none of this will matter in the end as you say.

is the settlement per share still being talked about and pursued or is that off the table? is DTCC ready to settle this with your facilitation or will DOJ need to put a gun to their head?

He is not concerned about being saved - I am sure a double moutza in the general direction of the United States will be the only move he makes!


His actual words last August:

He did file an appeal in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals 0:22-cv-01593

Megas could have been helpful in restitution - I am sure after all the made hay - most by now have figured out this was never his true intention.

SO - at this point - is the xanthodontous, quisquilian, periplanomenos know as Thomas Megas actually relevant going forward?

Are the subpoenas still on track? Not knowing when the window was started I knew it was close.
