Fundamentals were: Clean shell, merger candidate around the corner.

Current fundamentals: Possible long term court case w/o a merging company.

GS is a dickhead, if he didnt settle while he had a merger candidate, then its hard to believe he is going to settle now.

Im afraid that i aint wrong about the above facts, unless you consider "soon" 2024++
