It's weird looking back on the EV Hotel PR. Particularly this language...

"The Company will diligently complete its conditions to closing. We expect the independent audit of the Company will be completed this week. EV Hotel is committed to moving forward diligently with its audit. I expect that to be completed as soon as possible. The Company will update shareholders only through its authorized press releases."

No mention of audits of ByoPlanet in this PR. That tells you that Tad had to have been wary of some issues with EV even at the time. The termination may have had more to do with just the RS and Facebook postings.
