I do suggest that - if and when some one from the house asks FHFA or Treasury about your letter ------------------ THEY will quickly point out there was no loan --- it was an investment

Consider - if you go another round - working around that issue - as calling the money put into F and F a loan simply is not correct (or there would be a bond -- not senior preferred equity paper)
