That next filing is for Q1, not Q2.

I don't expect to see significant revs until the Q2 report for the initial U.S. order announced 1 NOV 2022 for 2.33M pounds.

pleased to provide the following shareholder update and announce an initial order for 2.33 million pounds of Genus Cannabis Sativa under a supply agreement.

We know by the 2022 Annual report Dr. J contributed 15M seeds on 15 DEC 2022. They said can produce 3 crops per year, say every 4months. If planted in DEC/JAN timeframe, the first crop from these seeds would harvest in Q2, then prep for delivery of product and then we get paid. Q2 is my target timeline for significant revs to start hitting the books!

On December 15, 2022, Dr. Ahmed Jamaloodeen contributed approximately 15,000,000 Genus Cannabis Sativa Seeds (the “Seeds”) to the Company as an equity contribution (the “Contribution”).
