U.S. citizens / traders cannot buy these “EM” stocks through U.S. based brokerages. They can only Sell.

This stock has a sordid history, best to study up on the present and the past….as they say the past is prologue, i.e., history sets the context for the present.

It's the new OTC way to legally pump and dump stock without ever touching the AS.
