We couldnt get the permits, without the permits we're nothing and funding is irrelevant. Doesn't mean they weren't available to fund us at all. OMD on the other hand, I have no friggin idea, that one I hope we can find out about someday LOL

You're confusing yourself. The financing was real. Mexico didn't come through with the deals so there was nothing to finance
