I believe your Sales figures are too low and your PE too high at least for the current bearish market.

These are my estimates :
Sales $ 120 M and Gross Profit around 20% = $ 24 M
PE = 15 for current growth stocks
OS = 8,200 M shrs
===> PPS = 15*( 24 / 8200 ) = 0.044

If sales are like you estimate
Sales = $23 M and Gross Profit around 20% = $4.6 M
PE = 15 for growth stock
OS = 8,200 M shrs
===> PPS = 15 * ( 4.6 / 8200 ) = 0.0084
