Evidence shows that the deal has been canceled.

- Initial $250K payment to KBLB was never paid
- $3M agreement for 1st year has expired
- $5M agreement for 2nd year has expired
- Kings Group website was shutdown for a while, and when it came back up there is no mention of KBLB (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=171737811)
- Most recent 10-Q (posted last Friday) removed details on the Kings deal (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=171902560)
