I have no idea how they can just reverse the trades. For those folks who made a profit on the run, it is unfair that their money be stolen from them to make those who bought at the peak whole. If anything, anyone found to be running a P&D campaign should be prosecuted. That will never happen as the real criminals are too well connected to the so-called regulators.
