Just sayin'...all those Duffield family members suddenly popping up --by name-- in the 5/2/2023 disclosure by Tad... nearly 2 months AFTER announcing a share exchange and "binding MOU" with Good Salt LLC causes me to think he's only as transparent as he's forced to be.
Like I said... he was Duffield's PLPL "legal counsel" from the get-go in 2014. So he had to know --or should have-- who all the insiders were. I'm also not sure how Tad wound up being crowned CEO of this ticker. Like, who appointed him?
