is there anything out there confirming amount of nol's and if any has been used already? appears that nol is the only thing that ct's have a chance. correct?

It's good the DST are not directly involved or part of the LBHI bankruptcy. LBHI just needs to exit bankruptcy as the "Holdings" > "Trustee" / Professional Institutional Trust Account Asset Mgr and Cash Distributions Quarterly > LBH CT III-VI Preferred Shares via the DST CT entities via the "trustee" - LBHI is "Holdings" and just needs to finish its CH 11 requirements and its back to writing the debt instruments / CRE releated assets to the trustee for the value and cash distribution of the DST "CT" to its Preferred Shareholders as well as the value of the Assets Managed by the "trustee" for its beneficiaries who hold the CT Preferreds. That's how it works. It is NOT a LBHI subsidiary and cannot be seized or liquidated in CH 11.
