The SEC did fine the company because of Ol Joey's shenanigans and all the diluted shares. Seems Chad settled the issue with them for $25K. All done. Basically a slap on the wrist and a "We're keeping our eye on you" moment. That works in our favor, it keeps Chad honest going forward.
