Again, total bullshit. All mine site new construction in Nevada still needs county building permits for tax assessments...State and local law. Inspections have nothing to do with it. There hasn't been a new building at Hycroft in over 10 years. The 10K or 10Q didn't list any new site assets as they would've be required to report and they didn't note it in their capital spend or use of funds. There is no permitted recovery process and no mining fleet. Nothing is going on out there other than exploration drilling. I bet the next 10Q is gonna be straight fire though!

Your absolutely mistaken. All buildings including ones built on the mine site needs a building permit and need to be authorized by the County engineer. County Auditors do annual inspection for tax purposes.
In fact a mine on public lands in Nevada is more complicated that in a residential areas due to the levels of authorization permits and bonding required.
All facts easily verified on the internet or by calling the County Manager.
