Defendants have moved that the matter be transferred to Wyoming ... using language of the agreement that does not say that.

Their lawyer is not very good.

Yep, the "Securities Fraud" is going to bury Bishop and company into oblivion. We are watching a full demolition before our eyes. I wished it were growing revenues, team building, and innovations, launching NNRX across America, but it was all "con-artistery" and "scams". I'm so disappointed in the outcome here, but I'm hopeful the light is shining bright on all past activities, and we'll have closure soon enough. I need to move on from this atrocity.
