Pure BS. She just makes up stories at will. The reason she increased the shares is because the only way the company has ever made money is by selling shares. Once the Lattuca case was settle and she could print shares again she turned on the presses. This stock is worthless.
Nestle, one of the biggest companies in the world, is going to accept shares of a start up OTC company as payment for their end of a JV? You can't be serious.
Also, the old A/S of 3B has already been surpassed with the O/S at 3,154,061,005 so saying it's because of something that may happen in the future is disingenuous at best.
