carnes is a good innovator in what he does. He sets up shells with one company positioned to suceed after he cleans it up. then he goes away. he has shares and profits from them but is not involved with how they develope. he is not concerned with nuts and bolts just sucessful development.if a mistake is made with concept or model it is not him but the people he leaves behind. this is why so many follow him quietly
