OH, It's all about the label, if you read the label for Gen. Adderall , it's huge, many pages, Elite, generic drug makers tweek it a bit just to pass inspection, you know, how to take, when, what it's for, side effects, ect. ect.

Skinny labeling is an exception to the FDA requirement that generic labeling be identical to the brand-name drug’s labeling as the generic manufacturer must “carve out” — or exclude — from the labeling, diseases or patient populations that remain protected by use patents.

The big drug makers make it difficult for the little guy to compete, so they change the wording on the label , To make it less wording is called, to make it skinny, that's my take
