If you read that entire PR it says they intend to expand into Dallas where BS&W control the entire medical circuit through their University. Something doesn't sound honest there. Maybe a good long term hold.
One thing Frank and his partner in crime always say and use in these merger plays. Is this Joint venture lingo. Why the F everyone of them from ilim to vnth. Really all his failed plays he's called joint ventures. I really want this to be the real deal for a change. I don't care if I buy in the 8's or 3's. But for love of God I hope he just sold it to the hospital and thats the deal.
