$HDUP - I think the formula will be that we'll take the share price of HDUP and do whatever conversion it takes to get it to $4 per share. That has to be the minimum opening price.
After that, you can go down to $1 p/sh and keep your listing. You can even breach that and drop it down for 2 consecutive 180-day periods before they terminate your Nasdaq listing.
So the proof of what they have will unfold prior to the uplisting, IMO. Kelly will want his family to be made whole. They have a lot of shares.
But BB is correct, we'll have to see what we get, do they have buyers who will enter the market once announcements are made, etc. At some point we'll know, most likely prior to any announcement...how this will play out.
I personally doubt it will be at .06 - kind of hope we drop into the upper 04's and cover the gap.
