? I don’t say something like that. I only say stock/Option compensation is a kind of dilution. that’s it . Again Berman gets this option for his BOD job (btw the same that Dan got ;-) . If the option will get exercised, the company will issue new shares and berman will pay 21 cents for the shares. It’s a capital raise which leads to dilution that’s it.
