Correct JPS is illiquid garbage, not sure why anyone will own this

If JPS is "illiquid garbage", how would you describe FNMA which traded with ~1/5 as much $ volume vs FNMAS today.

FNMAS volume today: 799,888 @ $1.67 = $1,335,812 traded
FNMA volume today: 541,298 @ $0.47 = $254,410 traded
