SWAMI: good post and your points are quite VALID........I don't defend either the brokerage houses nor the FDIC.................however BOTH might be NOT GUILTY of any wrongdoing, relative to our situations (wrongful seizure of our THRIFT, and no remunerations YET....and the allowance of the brokerage houses to release uwbi cusips from their holding accounts)........

I was "informed" by someone inside the FDIC that uwbi cusip holders would be "taken care of".......in the end......frankie's people have likewise asked me, at least, to lay off frankie and his failing bank because we would be made whole someday and that frankie personally??? participated in the compensation package??? to uwbi cusip holders.......we'll see......

.....the entire UWBI situation has been painful, SWAMI........still second to WaMu, imo, but we were WRONGED and have not yet been...whatever.....compensated, taken care of, received reparations, remunerations......yada yada yada........SHOW US THE MONEY.....

.....my take is put a positive spin on this mess, psychologically........fine wine theory......we are earning 5%+ on the holdings holdings holdings holdings...and could get a nice chunk of money, in the end from the UWB Receiver.......an added $6 per, imo.......which was hinted......by a mole (which is also in the rat family!!)............aimho............
