Bubba, I’ve been wondering the same thing for quite a while. IMHO, beginning to ship products under the elite label is a material event. Perhaps Elite considers the announcement terminating the Lannett partnership is good enough. In my view, saying you plan on marketing under your own label and actually doing it are two different things.
Not an event. They don't give out updates for better or worse. ELTP operates like a duck. moving across the water, but underneath a million things going on. they are licensed in all states at this point I would guess, may already be shipping product possibly under their own label. One day it will go boom. Fundamentals are incredible really but seems they decided to just let things play off. but that means no desperation to tell us everything that goes on.
