PGNT OPTT pretty intense battle for control over the Board between entrenched OPTT management vs PGNT led by that Gad guy. Gad (the PGNT CEO I think) used to be... back in the old days prior to I guess his control of PGNT and then SED and whatever else; a pretty popular writer with a bunch of followers on Seeking Alpha. Seems to have made a really interesting career move as an activist.
