I am not a negative person, i am a life long dreamer.
I was the only delusional person here talking up lists and $1.59 targets years ago.

Using logic as my guide and the fact that MWR handled this shell in an outlier fashion, convinced me of the potential home run ball.

Of course 1000 false starts later, even i have allowed myself to visit the dark side, but my point is having had experience in obtaining conventional financing in the past, i can tell you that authentic, signed sealed and delivered financings take 24-48 hours at most and not 24 to 48 months!!!
