Yes I do. Since the instigation of 15-c-2-11 it is taking about 6 months to a year longer to do a reverse merger. And since a company can and will move it's enterprise forward despite not being fully compliant is just doing business. That being said I do know of large blocks of stock that will be purchased once it is fully compliant.
There is just an extra level of risk that for some reason it may not be a fully compliant shell they have purchased... but there is no boogie man under the bed that I know of.
