<< The current 10-Q still mentions Spydasilk and the contract with Kings. I’m not sure what to make of WebSlinger’s note about the disappearance of two paragraphs from this 10-Q. >>

KBLB kept the minimum amount of information in the 10-Q for historical (and probably legal) purposes. That is, that they signed a contract with Kings / MtheMovement. But they then removed the terms / details of the contract. That seems to indicate that the contract is now voided (since the terms will not be met), and it isn't moving forward.

"Getting back to 50 cents will not count as ‘monumental’ in my book. That’s simply undoing several years of damage by Thompson. $8 bucks a share, yeah, I’d call that ‘monumental.’

bingo. Agree.

it would be a material event

It would be.
But....
In the actual agreement there is:

The working relationship can be terminated at any time by any Party following a consultation period of 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days or such period as agreed otherwise between the parties and thereafter giving 60 (sixty) calendar days written notice of termination to the other Party.

So it looks like Kings could say they want out and Kim could string it along for up to 6 months.
Oh well.

I was not speaking of .05 being huge in and of itself….I was speaking technically…as in resistance levels…

.05 should have been heavy resistance but we passed right through it with heavy volume…

.07 should be heavy resistance… .10 and .20 should be also…after that, there’s not much resistance left…we’ve been above .20 so infrequently and only for very short periods of time that once through .20, it should be smooth sailing…

After that, breaking .50 would be a psychological barrier…beyond that is blue sky territory…

Speaking in just the size of the number…One buck would be huge… 5 bucks would be monumental…

Yep, I’m sure many investors, after watching a 10X or more increase in share price, will simply yawn and remain steadfast in their irritation with the company. Unable to leave the past in the past, they must soldier on and remain disappointed until the end.

The downer way!
