Why arent wealthy/professional investors and knowledgeable industry experts recognizing this and acquiring massive amounts of shares at these prices? Why arent private equity firms circling and making offers?

After 10 years and counting, Elite is not an unknown so what do they see that retail investors do not?

Q1 Apr-Jun might be a cash burn quarter. Buying all or much of the float will be near impossible. Buyback program has to be approved by BOD and publicly announced. Stock price would rise on that news alone. I agree they should have a small & steady buyback to clean up capital structure while revenue grows. Seems like CEO can only focus on one thing at a time.

Yep. Amazingly undervalued. Share price just keeps getting smacked down and suppressed like nobody's business. CFP since when~? Been years now.
Still a 3 cent stock~?

Value NOW should be 10 times that.
