Believe it or not people can think they know exactly what is going on behind the scenes and be totally wrong. It's happened before. It was said that the stop sign could never come down for similar reasons. It is completely illogical to think this far into working on the deal they haven't addressed those items yet that's what is holding things up. It's an assumption born out of a predisposition about Tony and not a thought out argument. Never start with a conclusion and then look for the evidence.
