How do you think they have been doing it in Vietnam for the last 6 or 7 centuries?


For most of that time they've been doing it with a work force working for enough to provide a few bowls of rice a day and a leaky roof overhead. Good luck finding that in the U.S.

I wasn’t referring to trucking and storage. Try reeling and whatever other processing may be required. Where/how you expecting that to happen?
