I already posted this last September...but it's worth posting again. Josh Sherwood went out of his way to create this UBQU marketing video back in 2013! Before Ballas was on board.

This 13 minute video touting UBQU success is pretty impressive but was made 9 years ago and apparently josh sherwood is actively involved in UBQU today but he isn't listed as a majority shareholder in any disclosures. If he signed the Taboola's settlement papers, he must be part of the management team, and if he has been involved with UBQU since 2013, he must have significant holdings in UBQU.
