It's only a problem for share holders. They will just sell shares. They don't care about the liquidity problem. This is just a fake company set up to sell shares in my opinion using the hot sector of EVs to get it done. Just like the otc companies.

There was 3.79 BILLION shares when it split…that is how much dilution there was when it split. The OS is now around 151 million.
