I think there are some regulatory hurdles they'll have to jump; it would be a "monopoly," unless some other sat-rad cos. have arisen, and I doubt that.
Plus regular broadcast radio owners are going to squeal like ... well ... like stepped-on yardvarks. You'd have to consider the possibility this deal might not be consummated, but even still SIRI would probably run some on the news, wouldn't it?
