They needed the added AS because it is a requirement of banks that are lining up to invest with KITL. It's like an insurance policy for the banks having the extra shares in the treasury....they have NO intention of actually using them!!! What he also does not know is that one of the CEO's is a former billion dollar Wall Street fund manager and is extremely skilled at finance. The other thing he does not know is that both CEOs own millions of commons shares....they are aligned with us share holders and the last thing they want to do is screw the company over and share price...
