That part is unclear, their form 8K indicated that it was a new RS filed to FINRA…… however, it was dated effective May 1 but so far has not happened. Unsure if it was another attempt or if it was filed to stay current.
As of 9:35 AM today we had 34 million shares traded, the bid has been getting cut down slowly as they are buying cheapies at 0002…… I believe big money makers are loading up their coffers.
The most important Takeaway here is that they are staying current and they are keeping up to date on their fillings….. some games are definitely being played with regard to the RS but I still believe it was a shake down to get those cheapies at 0002.
